GraviTEA |

This was a great item I got as a free gift with purchase a while back. I would recommend buying one if you don't have filtered water, as all the teas taste best with filtered water.

Nice to have an extra on hand. I bought this some time ago, the product may have changed since then. Note: Roughing up the outside edge of the filter will hep it stay down if yours happens to float up.

Comparable to similarly priced water purifiers, don't notice much of a difference in filtering speed. Does the job however, and noticeably removes tap water 'flavor' from my municipality!

The graviTEA is a perfect water filter... I can't believe I waited so long to purchase one to use with tea. THe filter pack is well worth the money out front.

This is a nice water filter, probably on par with the other major brands. I use it with all of my tea (especially white tea) to be sure I am getting the best flavor. It does it's job.

These are pricey but worth it. They really are fast (faster when newer, we've discovered)

I'm very pleased with this water filtering system. It's much faster than Brita's, which I've been using for years.

It works, its pretty fast. The whole unit feels a little on the cheap side. I would recommend the Brita purifier over this one. My roomie has one, it feels more solid, the filter is larger... Even still it does the job just fine, and just like it says its very vast, like ten times faster than the Brita!

My purifier just arrived last night, I followed the instructions to get it ready for use (which was super easy). After looking at his design I was thrilled to see how high quality everything was. I love the way the filter locks into place, my 'old' Brita pitcher was horrible about knocking it's own top off because the filter would fall out. Also the fact that the top secures tightly on the pitcher is one of it's true selling points. My only complaint is the filter timer is a little hard to see where the percentage is. But with 60 day filters, I'm not all that worried. Wonderful product!!!

When I first received my graviTEA, I had trouble figuring out how to put the lid on. I tried forcing it on and the little plastic notches on the lid broke. Adagio quickly sent out a new lid. Turns out, I had the insert placed in backwards. It seems like that would be an obvious thing, but for some reason it wasn't. Other than the initial confusion, it works wonderfully and looks sleek sitting on my counter!

This really is fast. I normally use the one where you put the water in and go do something else, but not anymore. You put the water in this one and you almost instantly have clean water.

This was a very nice and unexpected addition to my tea preparation. It does a great job and holds enough filtered water for a few days worth of tea at a time.

My local water is a bit on the hard side, so I use graviTEA in tandem with my Brita faucet filter to double-filter my water. Overkill? Probably, but I no longer get mineral build-up in my kettle and my tea tastes much more flavorful. The filters are pricey, but in my mind it's money well spent for water quality that rivals, and possibly surpasses, some of the stuff you can buy bottled at the grocery store.

I'm pleased with this purifier. It does seem a bit faster than my other one I had and it's shape is nicer than the round ones that take up more room.L

Does what it says it does, but it doesn't go any faster than other purifiers.

The water quality is great with this product, there's no doubt that it's a massive improvement over tap water. However, I am somewhat disappointed with the product, because of the speed. The descriptions, pictures, and even the box say that it's a fast filter system. If so, I'm quite surprised that anyone would use the other filter systems, because this is not what I would describe as 'fast.' It took about 1.5 minutes to do 16 ounces of water. So that works to be about 3 minutes for 32 ounces... almost 5 for the 50 oz capacity of this. The lid for my product will go on, but doesn't hold very well. I don't know if this is just an error of my particular product or if it's a universal problem. If you're willing to wait about 6 seconds per ounce, it's great to give you better tasting tea.
