Glass Cup & Saucer

Its a good glass cup but it is very fragile. I'm almost afraid to use it because I'm afraid to break it.

I really enjoy the sleek look and feel that this set provides; however, I do feel that the material is far less durable than described as it seems like it could be broken with ease. All in all, not a bad deal for the price you pay.

Unsafe! The first saucer exploded in the dishwasher, and the second saucer exploded while a cup of hot tea was sitting on it.

A lot bigger than I originally thought 10oz cups would look like. But they work great, especially with flowering tea. They're very delicate, but if you're careful with how you wash them, they're wonderful.

The glass cup is great for displaying the color of the tea while you drink. My only complaint is that it is a little bit thin, i feel like it could break quite easily.

Pretty cup, small in size but great for sipping tea. The first saucer I received was flawed but Adagio made it right.

The cup and saucer are so delicately beautiful and light that it's almost surprising to me how sturdy they are. I'm truly satisfied with this purchase.

I am very satisfied with this set. The cup's mouth is wide and fits in your palm perfectly. My only wish is that the handle was a little bigger because it's a little hard to hold when it's full of hot tea.

Please please please PLEASE do not purchase. I ordered 2 cups and saucers, and both saucers exploded while they were sitting untouched on my kitchen counter. Adagio was WONDERFUL and replaced them right away, only to have them explode again. Again, Adagio replaced them, but one more exploded, so I threw the other one out. Kudos to Adagio to exceptional customer service. They were extremely apologetic and did everything they could to make me happy. But I really have to suggest to steer clear from these cups and saucers, the glass was quite dangerous and I would not want anyone else to get hurt.

Looks nice on my desk, but the glass causes tea to cool very quickly.

It's a glass cup that holds fluid, and a saucer that holds the cup. Glass appears to be of good quality, but I'm no expert. I use it everyday though!

Sturdy design, not flimsy. Excellent for tea or any other beverage. Looks great too!

These are just fantastic, I bought two. Very clear, and they hold the perfect amount of tea for me. I don't like something too big, as tea can sometimes get chilly quickly. However, a potential drawback for some: one of mine came with a somewhat warped saucer, but since it didn't affect how the cup rested on the saucer, it's OK. Gives it a little character!

I love the glass cup and saucer (I bought two!). Very attractive and they do hold just the right amount of tea.

Well...the first time I used the glass cup and saucer, the saucer EXPLODED while I was waiting for my tea to cool, i mean literally exploded, there was glass clear across the kitchen and all over my lap. I was in shock and promptly emailed adagio because I had only been making white tea!! I didn't want the teacup to explode on me if I brewed anything hotter. They assured me it was fine, and are sending me a replacement. The teacup itself is wonderful, and I must give it 5 stars simply because they have great customer service and I must have gotten a saucer with flaws since there were no other reviews of glass exploding. I will still be wary to use my new saucer though... *crosses fingers*

I love it. Holds up well. I'm ordering another one for my wife.
