"Where's my international package!?"
"It says 'Order Processing' in my account page -- can I still cancel?"

"Where's my international package!?"

European orders usually take three to five days to deliver, although they sometimes can get held up in transit. The unfortunate part is that there is not much that we can do... they do not provide tracking info.

"It says 'Order Processing' in my account page — can I still cancel?"

Unfortunately, we may not cancel it at this point. The items you selected have now been boxed up, and have moved to our shipping dock awaiting a pickup.

Should you still wish to cancel, please refuse delivery of the order and the package will be returned to us. We'll then gladly credit you the value of the items selected, minus the round trip shipping costs.
